Project Description

The study of the coverage was the assessments of the condition of anchorage blocks, and to determine the cause of scratches and dislocation of anchorage blocks. First construction accident involved scraping of concrete in anchorage blocks. Second construction accident was associated with dislocation of passive blocks. In order to define why active destruction instead of passive took place, calculations in the FEM program were conducted.

The conditions of anchorage reinforcements has been checked. A series of models in Abaqus software have been created to analyze proposed types of reinforcements.
